In my previous post I gave you a link to download NVDA (Non Visual Desktop Access) The free and open Source Screen reader for Blinds Version 2014.3 with Eloquence Speech Synthesizer (on Oct 25, 2014). But now Version 2014.4 has been released.
I recommend you to download NVDA latest version from its original website which is nvaccess.org. To enable Eloquence Speech Synthesizer, you have to install an addon after downloading and installing NVDA.
An Addon is a small program that is used to enhance the features of NVDA. Many types of Addons for NVDA are available on the internet. Here is the link to a page which contain a lot of Addons for NVDA:

Addon to enable Eloquence Speech Synthesizer is also available on this page under "Software Speech Synthesizer" Heading.
The method to install and uninstall the Addons are also given on this page.
